COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Good Year 14GTR-1568-37 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the GRUMQ81875R140SP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRTMQ82430R56 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30ZF151180TC by Manufacturer Grove as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grove Brand BMQ2321 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Helwig such as EG98 equipment made by Helwig have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Helwig products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Helwig" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5L430 made by Good-Year as well as the popular 510H100 original spares produced by Good-Year Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B11752 by Grove and EG98 spares by Helwig are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4255B55A32H7GG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hbe. |
